About RP Tennis League

RP Tennis League is Central Florida's premier recreational tennis community, dedicated to promoting tennis as a way to enjoy physical activity while fostering meaningful connections among players of all skill levels. The league brings structure, competition, and camaraderie to the greater Orlando area through organized weekly matches, seasonal tournaments, and a growing network of passionate players.

The league organizes weekly matches that connect players of similar skill levels, ensuring every game is competitive, engaging, and fun. Whether you are a beginner looking to improve your technique or an advanced player seeking high-level competition, RP Tennis League offers a format that fits your goals. Members compete across multiple formats including the standard League season, the fast-paced Mini League, the collaborative Team Cup, and seasonal Tournaments that draw over 150 players per event.

RP Tennis League currently operates across ten zones spanning Orlando, MetroWest, Winter Garden, Windermere, Ocoee, Clermont, Mineola, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, and Mont Verde. Each zone hosts regular matches, making it easy to find competitive play close to home. Players earn ranking points throughout the season, climbing a live leaderboard that rewards consistency and performance.

Behind the league is Rodrigo Paixão, a seasoned tennis coach with over 21 years of experience. He serves as the Head Coach for the Tennis Academy project at the If You Foundation and previously held the role of Head Coach at the Tennis Club de Piracicaba. He is also the founder of RP Tennis Team. His vision is to build a vibrant, supportive tennis community where players sharpen their skills and expand their social and professional networks both on and off the court.
